Featuring grass fed beef from the Rosenkranz Farms in the Finger Lakes region of New York, this dinner will feature organic beef cooked and seasoned to compliment the various taste profiles of locally crafted beer. The beef has a true free range flavor that pairs so well against the hops in beer. Join us as we discover the subtle intensities of single malts and late fall cuisine. Savor rich and smoky scotches paired against indulgent elegance like Espresso Cured Duck Breast and Maple Smoked Pork Loin. Featured scotches include Talisker 10yr, Macallan 12yr, Lagavulin 16yr, Highland Park 18yr and Dalmore 12yr. The evening closes with a fine cigar.
