To enhance each guest culinary experience Executive Chef Anthony Micari plans his classic American dishes around the seasonal ingredients available at our very own 62-acre farm in West Cape May, Beach Plum Farm. This season, many of the fruits, vegetables and herbs are coming from the farm to The Ebbitt Room. The farm-to-table philosophy has extended to the bar, where the focus is as much farm-to-glass as possible. Hand-crafted cocktails are made with fruits muddled by hand and the natural flavors are infused into the drinks creating a refreshing combination. The menu is relaxed yet inspiring with many classic dishes, nightly special and of course our famous Sticky Toffee Pudding.
